Ngurratjuta Iltja Ntjarra

Painting in the tradition of Albert Namatjira, this exhibition will present some of the most outstanding watercolours by Indigenous Australian artists from the Hermannsburg School. Artists will include Hubert Pareroultja, Douglas Kwarlple Abbott, Albert Namatjira Jr., Elton Wirri and the direct granddaughters of Albert Namatjira, Lenie Namatjira and Gloria Pannka.
Created by one of the world’s oldest living cultures and inspired by one of the world’s most extraordinary landscapes this is an exceptional exhibition not to be missed. Opening Thursday 15th of July 5-8pm at Cross Cultural Art Exchange (CCAE). Concludes 6th of August.
