CCAE in conjunction with Papunya Tula Artists Pty Ltd is proud to present Kawayi Nampitjinpa's first solo exhibition.

“Two Tjakamarra snakes - those cheeky lover boys - came from the east traveling to Pinpirrnga. Kept moving, getting fatter, going to Pinari. They were looking around, had a big fight - jealous one and then went back underground to that lake near Tjiturrulpa, Wilkinkarra (Lake MacKay). They live there now those dangerous ones, in the salt water, underground.” Kawayi Nampitjinpa 2011
